Trenvoy Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Total Business Consultants Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, operating the Trenvoy service ("Trenvoy"). By creating an account or using Trenvoy you accept these terms.

1. What Trenvoy is

Trenvoy is a quoting and job-management tool for trade professionals. It helps you build scopes of work, price labour and materials from a structured library, produce customer-facing quotes, and — where you connect them — send invoices to your own accounting package.

2. What Trenvoy is not

Trenvoy is a professional tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. Labour timings, material prices and generated quotes are aids to your own expertise. You are responsible for every quote you send: for checking it, for its price, for its wording, and for the work you agree to do. We accept no liability for underpriced, overpriced or incorrect quotes, or for the outcome of any works. Nothing in Trenvoy constitutes advice on electrical regulation or any other trade standard; compliance with applicable regulations is yours.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one business. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your data and your customers' data

Everything you enter — customers, jobs, scopes, quotes — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to run the service. For personal data you hold about your customers, you are the data controller and must have a lawful basis to hold it; we process it on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data; we will delete it on request.

5. Our software and content

Trenvoy's software, design, pricing structures and labour-timings library are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them within the service — not to copy, extract, scrape, resell or build a competing product from them.

6. Accounting integrations

Connections to QuickBooks, Xero or similar packages act solely on your instruction, using your own account with those providers, under their terms. We are not responsible for the contents of your accounts or ledgers; invoices created via Trenvoy should be checked in your accounting package as you would any entry.

7. Beta features and availability

Trenvoy is under active development. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn, and from time to time the service may be unavailable. We work hard to protect your data (see Privacy Policy) but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a feature is marked as trial or beta, it is provided as-is.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing period and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice ahead of your next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use Trenvoy unlawfully, don't attempt to access other users' data, don't probe or overload the service, and don't use it to send spam or fraudulent quotes. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business; and our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Trenvoy is a business tool supporting your trade — responsibility for your quotes, your pricing and your work stays with you (see section 2).

11. Ending things

You can stop using Trenvoy and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (data rights, liability, IP) survive termination.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect.
